It increases the sheet distance proportionally, reduces the volume, weight and resistance loss of the muffler, and is widely used in air conditioning systems. The mufflers are respectively composed of muffler sheets with a thickness of 200mm (No. 1-5) and 300mm (No. 6-8), with a section length of 1m. Users can determine the muffler model and number of sections according to the system air volume, the design wind speed in the duct, and the muffler requirements of the air conditioner. Generally, it should not exceed three sections in series. The wind speed in the air duct should be designed to be 4 ~ 8m/s, generally not more than 10m. /s. The muffler should not be installed in the machine room. If it must be installed in the machine room, the muffler shell and the pipeline behind the machine room should be treated with sound insulation.
