         Yaoan Industry was established in 1996 as an industrial company under the original Guangdong Construction Engineering Group. In 2004, it was restructured into a private joint-stock enterprise. Yaoan Industrial is a subsidiary of Guangdong Yaoan Industrial Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Yaoan Industrial Development Co., Ltd. At the beginning of its establishment, the company introduced advanced equipment from the original Sino-Japanese joint venture Guangdong Xinhuang Air Conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd. After more than 20 years of development, the scale of the company has continued to grow, and it has been at the forefront of the ventilation and fire protection industry. The main products are fire and ventilation fans, fire dampers, smoke exhaust valves, high air-tight valves, regulating valves, constant air volume valves, aluminum alloy vents, mufflers, static pressure boxes, and so on. The company has more than 50 national utility model patents for various series of products, and the products are sold to major cities across the country and parts of foreign countries, especially in South China, with a very high market share.
