YAHJA9 and YAHJB6 series high-pressure centrifugal fans are high-efficiency and high-pressure centrifugal fans.
1 Purpose: As a heavy internal ventilation for factories and buildings, it can be used as input gas and material, and can also be used as output gas and material. The transporting gas is air and other gases that are not spontaneously combustible, harmless to the human body, and non-corrosive to steel materials. No sticky substances are allowed in the gas, the dust and hard particles contained are not more than 150mg/m3, and the temperature of the gas must not be smoked for more than 80 years.
2 Form: YAHJA9 and YAHJB6 high-pressure centrifugal fans are single suction fans. There are two main types of installation, A-type, C-type, and D-type. Among them, Type A is direct motor connection, and the temperature of the conveying medium can reach 180t; Type C is leather-demand transmission, and the temperature of the conveying medium can reach 800C; Type D is coupling transmission and cantilever installation.
This series of fans can now be made into two types of right-handed fans and left-handed fans. When viewed from one end of the motor, the impeller rotates in a clockwise direction, which is called a right-handed fan. It is represented by "right" and rotates counterclockwise, which is called a left-handed fan. Fan, indicated by "left".
The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. Both "left" and "right" can be made into three kinds of activities: 0, 45*, 90*, 135, 1800, 225* and other angles, which can be adjusted, such as There are special angles, please indicate when ordering.
The drive mode of the fan is Type A (No.4-No.6.3), Type D (No.7.1-No.fifteen), and Type C (No.7.1-No.fifteen).
Structural features: YAHJA9 and YAHJB6 high-pressure centrifugal fans are mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, motor and motor base. In addition to the above-mentioned parts, the models above No. 7 also have a transmission part and a base part.
1) The YAHJA9 impeller is composed of 12 blades, and the YAHJB6 impeller is composed of 16 blades. The impeller blades of the two series of fan are of forward curved blade type. The peripheral speed of the outer edge of the impeller diffused ink does not exceed 140m/s. The curved front disc and the flat back disc are welded together, made of steel plate or stainless steel, and have been adjusted for static and dynamic balance. The air performance is good, the efficiency is high, the vibration is small, and the operation is flat screen.
2) The casing is welded by steel plates, and the whole adopts a welded structure, which is easy to install. At the same time, the casing is interchangeable for easy installation and use. No4-No. twelve machines are made as a whole and cannot be disassembled; No. Thirteen~No. fifteen machines are made up and down two open, divided into two halves along the horizontal plane of the middle division, and connected by bolts.
3) The air inlet is installed on the front side plate of the fan, on the section parallel to the main shaft, made into a sensitive streamlined overall structure, and fixed on the front cover plate group with bolts.
4) The stator of the motor is fixed and the impeller is installed on the main shaft extending from the rotor. The rotor of the motor rotates to drive the impeller installed on the main shaft to rotate. The start-up method can be adopted when the motor is started, and the speed of the fan can be adjusted uniformly to meet the changing requirements of the system load.
5) The transmission part is composed of the main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearing, belt wheel or coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel quenched and tempered, the bearing box adopts an integral bearing box, and the bearings for the bearing box adopt deep groove ball rolling bearings. The products of NSK, SKF and other companies are selected, and the new structure of the shaft end seal is adopted to ensure that the lubricating oil does not leak and keep the operating environment clean. The whole is lubricated by bearing lubricating tires.
6) Protection. The exposed rotating part of the ventilator is covered with a protective cover for protection. All C-type and D-type fans have belt covers outside the pulleys or couplings for protection. Observation windows and cooling holes are reserved on the belt cover to facilitate belt heat dissipation. At the same time, the observation windows are convenient for observing the rotation direction of the fan.
