Form: YACG1 type is a medium and low pressure centrifugal fan, which is a single suction fan. There are three main types of installation, A-type, C-type, and D-type. 1) The YACG1 type impeller consists of 12 blades. The impeller blades of the two series of fan are all backward curved blades. It is welded with the curved front disc and the flat back disc. 2) The casing is welded by steel plates, and the whole adopts a welded structure, which is easy to install. At the same time, the casing is interchangeable for easy installation and use. No2.8~No.12 housings are made as a whole and cannot be disassembled; No13~No.15 housings are made up and down, divided into two halves along the horizontal plane of the center, and connected by bolts.
3) The air inlet is installed at the front side plate of the fan, and is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure on the section parallel to the main shaft, and is fixed on the front side plate group with bolts.
4) The stator of the motor is fixed and the impeller is installed on the main shaft extending from the rotor. The rotor of the motor rotates to drive the impeller installed on the main shaft to rotate. The soft start method can be used when the motor is started to evenly adjust the fan speed to meet the changing requirements of the system load.
5) The transmission part is composed of the main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearing, belt wheel or coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel quenched and tempered, the bearing box adopts an integral bearing box, and the bearings for the bearing box adopt deep groove ball rolling bearings. The products of NSK, SKF and other companies are selected, and the new structure of the shaft end seal is adopted to ensure that the lubricating oil does not leak and keep the operating environment clean. The whole is lubricated with bearing grease.
6) Protection. The exposed rotating part of the ventilator is covered with a protective cover to play a protective role. All C-type and D-type fans have belt covers outside the pulleys or couplings for protection. Observation windows and cooling holes are reserved on the belt cover to facilitate belt heat dissipation. At the same time, the observation windows are convenient for observing the rotation direction of the fan. .
